Julia Lanz is an anthropologist and documentary filmmaker from Bern, Switzerland. She holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology with a minor in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Bern. In her studies she focused on the field of visual anthropology and experimented with different ways of knowledge production and storytelling.
Since 2021, Julia Lanz has been actively making films while trying her hand in different genres.
